Other key winners included Impact Communications, Anugrah Madison, Posterscope India, Insight India Network, Covana Media (India) and Habson Communication, Bkash Limited (Bangladesh).

Reflecting on the milestone, Ujaya Shakya, Founder of Outreach, shared on LinkedIn: “What an evening to remember in Delhi – 13 awards at the Flame Awards South East Asia 2025. Grateful to our amazing client partners for your trust, collaboration and constant push to raise the bar. These wins are a reflection of the strong relationships we have built together in our team and the belief we share in creating work that makes a difference. To my incredible team – your dedication, creativity and passion inspire me every day.”

In addition to the awards, Shakya has been entrusted with leading the Nepal Chapter of RMAI—a new initiative aimed at building a collaborative network of professionals, agencies and marketers in Nepal passionate about behavior change communication. This platform will promote knowledge exchange between India and Nepal through case studies, dialogue forums and mentorship programs, with the goal of making rural marketing and behavior change communication a strategic priority for the next generation of marketers in Nepal.
