Eclectic Music joins the m25 Network: A star-studded leap in global music production

Eclectic Music, the Soho-based, artist-driven collective behind some of the world’s most recognisable music and audio productions for advertising and long-form content, has officially joined the m25 premium global network.

Founded in London and led by industry experts Simon Elms and Colin Smith, Eclectic’s founders have collaborated with global icons including John Legend, RAG N Bone Man, Billy Porter, Joss Stone and in earlier times with the likes of George Michael, Manic Street Preachers and Jimi Summerville. Their portfolio spans high-profile campaigns for brands such as Coca Cola, Pepsi, Apple, Nike, BBC drama and an Emmy nomination for HBOs Balshoi Babylon.

Eclectic is no stranger to Asia, having delivered large-scale celebrity-led projects in the region most notably for SK-II [out of Singapore] with projects featuring Simone Biles and compositions by John Legend.

With over three decades of experience, Eclectic operates like a global powerhouse with the intimacy of a creative family. Their roster includes world-class composers, sound designers, and producers, alongside collaborators such as Max Richter, and Hollywood A lister Daniel Pemberton.

“We’ve worked with everyone from Ridley Scott to David Beckham,” says Carley Reynolds. “But it’s never just about the celebrity – it’s about creating work with emotional resonance.”

Eclectic continues to work with some of the world’s most influential brands, including Ford, Unilever, P&G, and Lexus. Their ability to deliver at any scale – from intimate branded content to full-length cinematic scores has made them a trusted creative partner for both global campaigns and region-specific projects.

By joining m25, Eclectic gains access to enhanced resources, regional market intelligence, and a global talent network, enabling them to expand their reach across Asia and the Middle East.

Simon Elms is also spearheading Eclectic’s move into AI-enhanced workflows, curating tools that balance innovation with ethical clarity.

“We’re not just handing over tech,” Elms explains. “We’re shaping the future of music production with integrity. Integrity equals legality which is one of AI’s biggest potential downfalls.”

Colin Smith has been involved with writing and remixing for decades but in recent years via his moonlighting role in The Shapeshifters: “I’ve been fortunate to work on records and remixes for artists like George Michael, Christina Aguilera, En Vogue, and Nile Rodgers. Now, I’m looking forward to bringing that experience to new collaborations across Asia, with new clients and new ways of working.”

Since its founding in Soho, Eclectic has built a reputation for blending cinematic elegance with cultural edge. Now, with m25’s international reach, the collective is aiming to redefine music production in a global context.

Chris Thorp, Founder of m25 says: “Being from London, I know the creative reputation of Soho well. Eclectic has been part of that scene for years, working on major projects with some of the biggest names in film, music and advertising. Bringing them into the m25 network means we can combine their experience with our reach across Asia and the Middle East to deliver strong collaboration in the network as well as to clients and agencies in both regions. This grows our reach globally as the m25 network.”
