Leo Indonesia hosts Portfolio Night by One Club for the second year running
Portfolio Night Jakarta returned for its second edition, once again opening its doors to aspiring young creatives eager to learn, connect, and accelerate their careers. Hosted by Leo Indonesia, the event remains the only global portfolio review platform in the country that brings emerging talent face-to-face with Indonesia’s leading creative directors.
Building on the strong response to last year’s inaugural edition, Portfolio Night Jakarta continues to establish itself as a key platform for students and young creatives to engage with the industry, receive real-time feedback, and showcase their most ambitious ideas.
This year, over 75 young dreamers and 25 creative masters gathered for an unforgettable evening of inspiration, mentorship, and opportunity. The event brought together the country’s top creative minds across leading agencies, students from universities, and partners — all united by one shared goal: to empower the next wave of Indonesian creative excellence!
The event underscored the importance of nurturing young talent and celebrating the nation’s creative spirit. Drawing on Publicis Groupe’s expertise as one of the world’s leading creative networks, Portfolio Night reflects Leo Indonesia’s continued commitment to empowering the next generation of innovators through collaboration and mentorship.
Reflecting on the event’s broader impact on the local industry, Mudit Trivedi, Managing Director of Publicis Groupe Indonesia, highlighted how Portfolio Night has grown from a one-night mentorship event into a collaborative movement that helps to define Indonesia’s creative stature. Trivedi added: “What started as an opportunity to connect students with the industry has grown into a national platform that inspires confidence, creativity, and collaboration. Portfolio Night is more than a portfolio review — it’s a celebration of creative energy and ambition that helps shape Indonesia’s creative identity. We’re proud to see how Indonesian creativity continues to evolve.”
Creative leaders from agencies including Leo Indonesia, Ambilhati, Future Creative Network, Dentsu, Salvo, Paragon Incorporated, seleBRasi Kreatif, Jelly, VML Indonesia, Gojek, MullenLowe Lintas, Accenture Song, Tu7uh Creative Lab and Ogilvy offered personal critiques and mentorship to young creatives, before voting for the standout portfolios of the night.
Elva Gracia, from Binus University, stood as the All Star Jakarta winner, who will represent Indonesia at Portfolio Night’s regional and global All-Stars program — a week-long creative challenge that culminates in the winning team attending The One Club’s Creative Week in New York, around May 2026.
“This event represents what the creative community stands for — collaboration, courage, and curiosity,” says Ravi Shanker, Chief Creative Officer at Leo Indonesia and Publicis Groupe Indonesia. “Each year, we see young creatives bringing fresher perspectives, fearless ideas, and the passion to make a difference. That’s the future we’re building together.”
