Pooja Rawat joins Edelman as APAC Chief Strategy Officer: Quang Nguyen appointed Vietnam MD
Edelman has announced the significant leadership appointments of Quang Nguyen as Managing Director of its Vietnam operation and Pooja Rawat as Chief Strategy Officer for APAC.
Nguyen’s (pictured left) appointment comes as the firm sharpens its focus on strengthening its presence and capabilities in the Vietnam market, particularly across integrated communications, brand reputation, and corporate advisory work. She builds on the strong foundation established by former CEO Thi Thien Thanh (TT) Nguyen, who remains with the firm in an advisory capacity. With over 15 years of experience in marketing, branding and communications, Nguyen is highly recognised for her entrepreneurial spirit, strategic leadership across top global agencies, track record of driving growth, and building high-performing teams. Most recently, she served as Managing Director at BCM Vietnam, leading a 100-strong team and deepening partnerships with clients including Unilever Food Solutions, Organon, Masan and Vinamilk.

Rawat (pictured right), who joins Edelman from MullenLowe Lintas and is based in Mumbai, is a strategy leader with 18 years of experience in building brands across diverse sectors and cultures – from India to Southeast Asia, Central Asia and China. She has shaped narratives for leading brands across categories, such as Axis Bank, Tata Motors, Saridon, Supradyn, Godrej, PhonePe, Jeep, Vim and Lifebuoy. Her approach reflects a balance of global vision, local nuance and multi-disciplinary collaboration. Rawat’s work has been recognised for marketing effectiveness across Global, APAC and India, demonstrating her depth of experience in delivering measurable impact for clients.
