Swastika Rahmadani elevated to Executive Creative Director at GOOD People Network
Good People Network Indonesia, part of the GOODSTUPH Thailand network, has promoted Swastika Rahmadani to Executive Creative Director, following a year where she helped grow the office’s creative reputation across the entertainment, finance and FMCG categories.
Under Rahmadani’s leadership, the Jakarta office was named Digital Agency of the Year at ADFEST 2025 in March, becoming the first Indonesian agency to take home the title. Most recently at Citra Pariwara in December 2025, the agency’s work helped Netflix Indonesia secure Advertiser of the Year for the second consecutive year.
At the centre of that run was Netflix’s ‘Reza Lagi’ – a campaign that became both a viral hit and one of the most awarded pieces of work at Citra Pariwara this year.
“This year was about trusting culture and trusting people,” said Rahmadani. “We pushed ourselves to make work that felt honest to Indonesia and I’m proud of the team for showing what’s possible when you back ideas and back each other.”
Beyond entertainment, Rahmadani also led creative work for Chiki and Emina – two new brand relationships for the agency this year – helping broaden the office’s creative footprint across FMCG and beauty.
“Swastika has an instinct for culture and a deep respect for craft,” said Jeremy Chia, Co-CEO and Co-CCO of GOODSTUPH Thailand. “She pushes the work, backs her team, and knows when an idea needs to be louder – or when it needs to be left alone. This promotion simply formalises the leadership role she’s already been playing.”
Rahmadani’s influence also contributed to Good People Network being recognised as Indonesia Independent Agency of the Year – Silver at Campaign Asia’s Agency of the Year Awards, alongside GOODSTUPH being named SEA Social Media Agency of the Year – Gold.
As ECD, Rahmadani will continue to lead the creative vision for Indonesia while strengthening collaboration across the GOODSTUPH Southeast Asia network.
