Arthaland positions Una Apartments as a first you’ll never regret via new GIGIL film
When it comes to life’s firsts, many end in regret-often due to inexperience, bad luck, or poor timing. But your first home shouldn’t be one of them.
To bring this insight to life, Arthaland partnered with indie agency GIGIL to position its sustainable condominium, Una Apartments (ENG: First Apartments), as a first you’ll never regret – through the offbeat film “Not For Sale.”
The film follows a man who walks into a thrift store where nothing is actually for sale. The items on display are revealed to be the owner’s old regrets – painful memories he’s been holding onto, unable to let go.
To help him move forward, the man takes him on a wacky Willy Wonka-style tour of Una Apartments: thoughtfully designed first home built to last – and never to be a regret.
