Lennon Group expands with three specialized creative studios: Sgt.Pepper, Lennon Creative and Lennon For Good Studios
Building on a strong first year of creating work that drives meaningful impact, Lennon Group Philippines has announced a major expansion of its creative offering with the launch of three specialized creative studios designed to work independently and collectively: Sgt.Pepper, Lennon Creative, and Lennon For Good.
The expansion marks a strategic evolution for Lennon Group – from a single creative entity into a fully integrated creative ecosystem that brings together brand and marketing, branding and design, and community work and social impact under one philosophy: HumanKind Creativity.
Each studio has a clear focus, distinct expertise, and a shared commitment to creativity that respects humanity and cares about the world.
Sgt.Pepper, Lennon Group’s design studio, is led by award-winning creative leader Rizza Garcia as Chief Operating Officer and Design Chief. The studio focuses on brand strategy, brand story, brand identity, visual systems, design toolkits, and design‑led experiences – using design as a strategic tool to build HumanKind brands that are compelling, cohesive, and emotionally resonant.
“Design has the power to shape how people experience brands and the world around them,” said Garcia. “At Sgt.Pepper, we use design not just to make things look good, but to make them meaningful, human, and intentional.”
Lennon Creative, the group’s creative brand studio, is headed by industry leader Kim Marvilla-Abrigo as Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer. The studio helps build and grow brands and businesses through HumanKind Creativity, powered by collaboration, culture, and a deep understanding of people.
“Brands today need more than just campaigns, they need creative storytelling that truly connects and makes an impact.” Abrigo continued: “Lennon Creative exists to help brands create work that connects with people, drives culture, and delivers real business impact.”
Lennon For Good (LFG) serves as Lennon Group’s social impact studio, with seasoned strategy leader Angela Thakur at the helm as Managing Partner, Chief Operating Officer, and Head of Strategy. LFG turns creativity into a catalyst for positive change, working with organizations, communities, and partners to create initiatives that drive meaningful and sustainable social impact.
Thakur believes creativity can be a powerful force for good when it’s grounded in empathy and community. “At Lennon For Good, we design impact by listening first, collaborating deeply, and creating with intention.”
One Unified Creative Ecosystem
While each studio has a clear focus, Lennon Group designed them to work seamlessly together – giving brands and organizations access to end‑to‑end creative solutions across marketing, branding, design, and social impact.
“Lennon Group is built on the belief that creativity is more powerful when it’s human, responsible, and connected,” said Raymund Sison, Founder and CEO of Lennon Group. “With these three studios led by three seasoned female chiefs, we’ve created an ecosystem where brands can be created and built, businesses can grow, and positive impact can be made — independently and collectively.”
“At the core of everything we do is HumanKind Creativity – creativity that respects humanity and moves the world forward,” Sison added. “It doesn’t only unite our studios, it’s the very foundation of everything we do and it’s our reason for being.”
With the launch of Sgt.Pepper, Lennon Creative, and Lennon For Good, and the appointment of three chiefs to lead them – Lennon Group enters its next chapter.
Three studios. One creative ecosystem.
As Lennon Group looks ahead, its mission remains clear: HumanKind Creativity that creates work that moves brands, moves people, and moves the world forward.
