Havas Moonfolks elevates leadership with Erwin Airlangga as CSO and multiple promotions
Havas Moonfolks has appointed Erwin Airlangga as Chief Strategy and Growth Officer, alongside a strengthened leadership structure designed to support the agency’s growth ambitions in Indonesia.
In his new role, Airlangga (pictured above right) will be responsible for deepening strategic leadership across the agency’s media services and accelerating business growth as Havas Moonfolks continues to scale its offering in the market. He brings with him 26 years of industry experience, having most recently served as Chief Strategic Officer at Dentsu Creative. Prior to that, he spent 15 years as CEO of Dwi Sapta Integrated Marketing Communication. He also currently serves as Vice President – Communications at the Indonesia Marketing Association (IMA).
Airlangga’s appointment is part of a broader leadership enhancement at Havas Moonfolks, reinforcing key capabilities across strategy, trading, operations, commerce, and client leadership:
• Yuni Isdiyatiningsih has been promoted to Head of Trading, strengthening trading excellence and value delivery.
• Sanchar Roy now takes on the role of Head of Commerce and Digital Planning, integrating commerce and performance-led planning into the agency’s core offering.
• Deriz Syarief has been elevated to Head of Operations, ensuring operational rigour and scalable delivery.
• Airin Aprila has been appointed Client Services Director, reinforcing senior client partnerships and service excellence.
In addition, the agency has made multiple new hires across trading, account management, and planning to support growing client mandates. Stefanus Christopher continues to lead the business as General Manager, now in his second year with the agency.
Together, the expanded leadership team signals a deliberate shift towards deeper strategic capability, integrated planning, and scalable growth.

Since rebranding as Havas Moonfolks, the agency has added several new clients to its portfolio, including GSK, Webull, Yoyic, Samsonite & American Tourister, Emirates, Hanasui and Cinnepolis.
