Tommy Halili steps into the role of Associate Client Service Director as DO.ASIA builds its integrated creative and media capabilities in Manila.
Independent creative company, DO has promoted Tommy Halili to Associate Client Service Director, strengthening its leadership team in Manila as the business continues to expand its capabilities across Asia.
Working closely alongside Conrad Vicento, the DO.ASIA Head of Media, Halili will help lead the Manila office and its growing client portfolio, with a focus on bringing Creative, Media and Creator capabilities together to solve clients’ business challenges. The appointment by DO reflects continued investment in Manila as a key part of its regional offering. It will give the team greater capacity to lead briefs and integrated campaigns for both existing and prospective client partners, while maintaining the focus and agility required to respond to their needs.
Halili brings strong regional experience to the position, having worked on key global brands across APAC and ANZ, adding to his experience in the PH market. In this expanded role, he will continue to drive client relationships, strengthen collaboration across DO’s regional teams and ensure creative thinking is connected to effective delivery and measurable outcomes.
DO.ASIA Partner and ECD, Beer Poonnotok, said: “The best thing about Tommy, beyond the experience and standards he brings, is his contagious positive energy and true DO. attitude. He has a way of lifting everyone around him up. He never gives up, always finds a way forward, and gets things done.”
Halili added: “I’m excited to step into this role and help build on the momentum we have created in Manila. We have an opportunity to combine local insight with the breadth of DO’s regional capabilities, creating work that is relevant, effective and capable of driving meaningful growth for our client partners.”
“For me, this role is about making collaboration the focal point of our partnerships. That means bringing the right people and disciplines into the conversation early, moving with focus and ensuring every idea is grounded in what the business needs to achieve.”
The strengthened Manila leadership team forms part of a broader focus on building connected regional capabilities and empowering its local offices to lead by example.
