My vote goes to Supon Khaotong because Lowe BKK experienced a great year
Suthisak or Thirasak

Let me go first.
I think Richard Copping will be at the top. Saatchi & Saatchi was no.1 last year and will be no.1 this year and Richard has his name on all their work.
I will email you my address Kim.
There is some great talent here.
I like the lady at the top Yasmin. What a brilliant year she has had.
Ed.
Via email this morning we have had nominations of:
Suthisak Sucharittanonta x 3
Yasmin Ahmad x 2
Richard Copping x 2
Eric Yeo x 1
Jagdish Ramakrishnan x 1
Tan Yew Leong x 1
Yasmin Ahmad
what’s the ad on the cover? looks interesting
It’s gotta be Richard Copping. All credit has to go to him for the work, simply because no one else’s work ever measures up to his own brilliant thinking. Bravo Richard, expecting LIONS from you this June.
Yes, Richard has to be up there but don’t rule out someone from Ogilvy Singapore or even Joel Clements who worked across several Saatchi agencies.
Yasmin would also have a good chance with Tan Hong Ming willing Gold at every show. And as 7.36 pointed out Lowe in thailand have also done well.
But my money is on Richard.
The cover looks like an ad for Penguin books. Or a reseller of Penguin books. Or someone who has a few copies for sale from a corner store.
It’ll be interesting to see if Richard can maintain top position sans Juggi’s work. Then again, putting one’s name in as both Art Director and Creative Director does earn one double points. Let’s not have another Roger Makak fiasco shall we, Kim?
11:18 Just to reassure you….. In the CB Asia Creative Rankings there is no such thing as “double points”. There has never been. Only the Copywriter and the Art Director credits are counted. If the copywriter and the art director are the same person they only get one credit, not both. Of course the agency can include the creative director in the art director and copywriter credits – but hopefully this is because he/she made a meaningful contribution to the ad and not just because he/she said “put my name on this ad” after it was completed. The latter can happen – but as everyone tends to hear about this, it does end up reflecting back on the creative director more than anything else. Don’t you agree?
I have always believed Creative Directors should be judged more by the total output of their entire agency (ie: where they sit on the Agency Ranking Chart) rather than where the sit as individuals on the writer/art director Creative Rankings.
I couldn’t have said it better myself Kim. Agree, make your teams famous before yourself.
tell that to richies/khai mengs/troys of the world.

When, Kim, when?
Very sorry everyone. Working remotely. Computer issues here!
The Rankings will be up tomorrow morning.
Regards, Kim
hey all, don’t hate the players, hate the game.
No worries kim, but when will the magazine arrive?
Hi Kim,
I looked everywhere over the weekend here in HK and couldn’t find it.
Page One and Basheer don’t seem to carry Campaign Brief anymore as they don’t even have the recent issues.
I think as good a year Yasmin has had, the fact that the rankings count the last two years of work means she will be competing against two years worth of work (not just metals but sheer amount) I’m rooting for her though.
I think if she has another good year this year, or even just a decent one, she will be number one next year easily.
Don’t count out Thirasak and Eugene Cheong.
It’ll be funny if yasmin wins (and she does deserve to for doing real work that consumers across malaysia love), because she strikes me as the sort of person who really doesnt care about such rankings.
As I said earlier (but for some strange reason was censored) only 4-5 people on that list have what it takes to do a real ad thats also good.
Well come on now, out with the rankings already!
The suspense is killing me.
WHERE ARE THE RESULTS KIM??
