Mark Collis to leave O&M Tokyo

Mark Collis is leaving his post as ECD at Ogilvy and Mather, Tokyo and will return to Sydney later this month. His future plans are not yet known. He told CB: “I’m in discussions with a couple of people but it might be that I simply help out on projects directly for other agencies and clients.”
Collis was previously ECD at Leo Burnett Sydney and known for campaigns such as ‘Pommies’ for Bundaberg and ‘Inner Child’ for McDonalds, as well as the award winning original ‘Earth Hour’ campaign for WWF. He joined O&M Japan in March 2008.

I’ve never met Mark, but I did think this move was a strange one when he announced it a year or so ago.
