DDB China wins another grand prix award for China Environmental Protection Foundation
DDB China Group notched up another major creative gong taking out the Grand Prix for its “Green Pedestrian Crossing” campaign for the China Environmental Protection Foundation at the 5th China 4A Golden Seal Creative Awards, held on Friday. It also received 10 other awards, including two golds (also for “Green Pedestrian Crossing”), two silvers, six bronzes, and nine merits.
“This is yet another crowning achievement for DDB China Group and we are extremely proud to have received this honor,” said Dick van Motman, President and CEO of DDB China Group. “This has been an absolutely fantastic year for us and I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the support of our clients, without whom any of these successes would be possible.”
This is the second Grand Prix DDB China Group has won for its Green Pedestrian Crossing campaign in just two weeks.
On December 2, the China Environmental Protection Foundation, in association with DDB China Group, was awarded the Grand Prix for the campaign at the UK Green Awards.

The Green Pedestrian Crossing is the most influential environmental protection activities in china.It was carried out in main streets and main citys of china. Key media both online and offline rapidly wrote about the campaign, Such as china’s largest and most authoritative television CCTV, SHANGHAI TV,Dongfang Daily…The Shanghai Municipal Government selected this idea for The World No Car Day campaign on September 22 nd.Mr. Shen Jun, The Deputy Mayor of Shanghai also participated in this event on that day.
