FITCH wins first place for VIVID Homes by B&Q China at 2015 VMSD international visual awards
Global retail design and brand consultancy FITCH is celebrating first place win for VIVID Homes by B&Q China in Shanghai at this year’s 21st annual VMSD International Visual Competition, in-store home goods presentation category.
By recognising visual display achievements projects from around the world, US-based VMSD invites industry practitioners such as retailers, store planners, architects, construction firms, project managers and VMSD editors to be the competition’s jury.
VIVID Homes is a retail model that unlocks the true business potential of the market for B&Q in China. FITCH looked holistically at the future of home improvement and developed the new brand to reinvent how people renovate their homes. VIVID Homes is pioneering a more collaborative customer experience, setting new home renovation standards in China for quality, safety, and trust.
The design work for VIVID was carried out by FITCH’s Singapore office, the most awarded in the FITCH network.
Ian Bellhouse, Regional CEO for Asia Pacific and Greater China, commented, “We believe successful brands in the social age empower customers by creating a seamless integrated experience. VIVID Homes aims to inspire, coach and support customers throughout their décor journey with an integrated suite of tools that orchestrate the steps from the first moments of inspiration to the final touches of a new home.”
