Kim, this news is correct. Juggi will join Ogilvy, working out of the Singapore office, Feb 1 2010. He joins Ogilvy as deputy regional creative director – reporting to Eugene
We should expect to see a Christian Dog campaign from O&M very soon.
While we wait, here’s a quote from Juggis MD….
“Juggi has shown a desire to concentrate on award winning projects, his ambition to continue on this path will be better met at a different agency, as such he will leave the agency at Christmas,” Burge said.
“I have an immense amount of regard for Juggi and we all wish him the best, however, it is our responsibility to deliver ideas and produce hard working campaigns for all our clients. As such, we are restructuring our creative department and bringing in the talent that share these ambitions.”
Now that doesn’t sound very amicable.
Yes it’s true, Juggi will be joining O&M early next year.
I’ve worked with Juggi. And I can vouch for the fact that he is amongst the best ECDs in town. One of the best writers in town. And an awesome human being to boot. Well done, my friend!
Juggi, You are the BEST!
Ogilvy is like Real Madrid….they too spend top $$$ for their players….the only difference is that Real Madrid players actually score goals for the club not themselves.
Hail Juggi; and Eugene!!!
