iris Singapore takes home Rebel Agency of the Year at recent Hall of Fame Awards + two Golds
iris Singapore took home two Golds, two Bronzes and the coveted Rebel Agency of The Year at the 17th edition of Hall of Fame Awards Ceremony. Hosted by the Institute of Advertising Singapore, the awards celebrate outstanding advertising professionals and achievements in the local industry, and are one of Singapore’s biggest and most prestigious industry events.
The Rebel Agency of The Year was awarded to iris Singapore for its creativity, originality and boldness in pushing the boundaries through a portfolio of ideas and solutions created, and its impact on the market landscape.
Under the campaign awards, LEGO Singapore’s ‘Rebuilding the Singapore Spirit with LEGO’ took home the Gold in the Transmedia Campaign of The Year category.
Johnnie Walker Blue Label Mentor picked up Gold in the Digital Design Campaign of The Year category, as well as the Bronze for Mobile Marketing Campaign of The Year. A Bronze was also awarded to Philips Electronics’ ‘Lose the oil, not the love’ campaign in the category of Social Campaign of The Year.
These awards ride on the back of iris Singapore’s earlier success at the 4As Creative Circle Awards, where the agency bagged two Golds, two Silvers and three Bronzes for their excellent work in LEGO “Rebuild” film, Heineken’s Green Room Presents “The Transporter”, Philips’ Reunion Showroom as well as Unilever’s “Haircode”. The SG50 “Rebuild” film for LEGO in particular clinched the Best of Integrated Category.

Recognising excellence and exceptional achievements of the year, the winners of The Singapore Advertising Hall of Fame Awards were selected by a distinguished panel of the industry’s most respected practitioners across a range of disciplines. This year, the Hall of Fame received 50% more entries and had over 90 finalists across 22 categories. The award ceremony took place at Flower Field Hall, Gardens by The Bay, on 26th November 2015.
