SPCA and Chirpy Elephant Chennai’s print asks pet owners never to abandon their pets

Chirpy Elephant Chennai’s print is an earnest appeal from the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals to numerous pet owners who abandon their dogs at the first obstacle they encounter as pet parents.
