Global retail and brand consultancy FITCH played its pivotal role behind the new, fresh and vibrant concept design of TMpoint, Telekom Malaysia Berhad’s (TM) customer retail outlet. The pilot outlet, which features the new concept, was recently launched in Quill City Mall.
The new concept turns TMpoint into an interactive store destination that helps consumers to navigate, be inspired, get advice and experience TM’s full suite of solutions in a friendly and engaging environment.
FITCH has also worked closely with TM to design and implement the new store scheme and experience at Quill City. It will be rolled out across all TMpoint outlets throughout Malaysia delivering TM’s brand promise of ‘Life Made Easier’.
FITCH has partnered with TM since 2015 to design the future retail vision blueprint for Malaysia’s Convergence Champion.
