Ogilvy India and Road Safe Foundation urge people to unplug while they’re on the road to avoid accidents
There are so many people walking around with headphones/earphones on while crossing the road or busy streets, leading to fatal accidents that could have been avoided.
Safe Road Foundation and Ogilvy India wanted to create awareness towards this issue by showcasing how wearing headphones while roaming around on the road is as good as walking blindfolded, as people get so engrossed in the music that they fail to see and hear any imminent danger approaching them. By taking off headphones while out and about many lives can be saved.
