Geometry Hong Kong
Although living in a food paradise, Hong Kong’s young people usually order trendy, international cuisines when ordering food delivery. And traditional homemade food is increasingly forgotten. So Uber Eats partnered with Geometry Hong Kong and an established restaurant chain Gingko House to create a virtual restaurant called Popo’s Kitchen. The restaurant worked with a number of PoPos (grandmothers in Cantonese) who shared their home food recipe.
