ISI STEEL has unveiled its latest brand ambassador for the relaunch of its flagship structural steel range of products at the prestigious Sokha Hotel, Phnom Penh, on 9 September in front of more than 1,100 VIPs, business partners and distinguished guests.
The introduction of the ISI PIPEMAN signalled the start of a nationwide campaign created by ComZone.
“Being one of the nation’s leading industrial giants, ISI Steel wanted something different to represent its flagship brand. Rather that propose a safe option of using a well know local celebrity to endorse the brand, we decide to pitch the concept of developing an iconic character tell a meaningful story that truly embraces the personality of the brand, and as a result the ISI STEEL PIPEMAN was born,” said Lundy So, ComZone CEO.
Sok Vitchet, ISI Chief Commercial Officer said he anticipates the company’s structural steel business to grow further with this milestone transformation for the brand.
“By introducing the ISI PIPEMAN as our brand ambassador, we believe the brand image of our structural steel range of products will be further strengthened. It gives our customers a recognisable icon that they can identify with. Furthermore, this gives us a good opportunity to create more impactful awareness and communicate the benefits of our products,” Vitchet said.
The audience were treated to a memorable night of high octane entertainment, interactive activities and awards recognition for ISI STEEL’s business partners and dealers. Apart from being wowed by special performances from ISI STEEL’s iconic dynamic duo of PIPEMAN and ZINCMAN on stage, guests were additionally treated to the Phare Ponleou Selapak’s Circus Show while being kept on their toes and at the edge of their seats with exciting games and surprise lucky draws.
