Women in MENA: Applications open for See It Be It @ Dubai Lynx

See It Be It is the Cannes Lions initiative working towards equal gender representation in the communications industry.

An acceleration program designed for women who are on their way to becoming leaders, helping them overcome diversity challenges at the workplace.

For the third time this year, See It Be It is open for applications at Dubai Lynx 2020, for women in the MENA region.

A two-day tailored program during Dubai Lynx 2020 provides executive training, mentoring and networking opportunities focused on helping women excel and take the next step in their career. The competition is fierce and only 10 women will be invited, but the selected delegates will receive a Dubai Lynx VIP experience including complimentary festival pass.

This year, SIBI has two Team Leads who are helping curate the programme and experience for the 10 selected women:

Lucy Harvey, Managing Director in the Middle East, has been a key component of the regional H+K leadership team. With experience of working with some of the world’s biggest brands including Twitter, Pepsi, Gatorade, Nike, Adidas, British Council, Mashreq and Flydubai, Lucy uses strategic insight and team work to create stories that have real impact with internal and external audiences.

Hira Mohibullah, Executive Creative Director at BBDO Pakistan (pictured), is the most awarded female creative in the country. She has been using the power of advertising to impact positive social change, winning over 170 International Advertising Awards including Cannes Lions, Clios, D&AD, Dubai Lynx and more. Hira is a Cannes Lions See It Be It 2019 alumni and is an advocate for gender balance at the workplace, helping set up a day-care in the office to encourage more mothers to join the workforce.
