Dentsu One Bangkok releases charming ‘Happy Eatery’ film to celebrate Bangchak’s 35th anniversary

Bangchak is a leader of innovation in sustainable energy that operates its business with a corporate focus on the wellbeing of the local community in Thailand. To celebrate the company’s 35th anniversary, Bangchak released this film via Dentsu One Bangkok to create ‘Brand Love’ among Thai consumers.

Instead of telling the story of Bangchak for their 35th anniversary, the company chose to present their business mindset through a comparative story of another type of business – a local Thai eatery. These local eateries sit close to the heart of all Thais.

In Thailand it’s very common for these local eateries to be featured on social media because of the amazingly affordable price offered – upholding the belief that customers’ happiness is more important than profits.

This mindset secures countless regular customers who allow the business to last for generations. ‘Happy Eatery’ therefore best represents Bangchak’s business mindset that generated buzz around societal positive impact on online and social networks with engagements of over 26 million.
