Senior management of Pantarei Jakarta step down to form Paragon Inc

Pictured left to right, CCO Hermanto Soerjanto, CEO Michael Sudarto, ECD Nugroho Nurarifin & COO Irawan Soemardjo have officially departed Pantarei Jakarta to form Paragon Inc (PINC), an independent management consultancy company.

Subsequently, Managing Partner Suryani Asikin and Creative Director Aidil Akbar Latief assumed full executive leadership of Pantarei with immediate effect.

“Since the very beginning of Pantarei back in 2004, we believe the only thing constant is change. And this change of leadership completed the organizational transformation that we had begun earlier – with regeneration and diversity at the center. Now with Suryani and Aidil at the top, we trust Pantarei is in a very good place to chart an even bigger story onwards”, said former CEO, Michael Sudarto.

Apart from operating as a management consultancy company, PINC will also serve as a holding company to Pantarei, as well as full service agency Mata Angin, digital agency W3P, and influencer management agency Imadi.
