Indonesia’s Citra Pariwara awards announces judges including Grey Brasil’s Max Geraldo and Ogilvy Singapore’s Nicolas Courant

Indonesia’s top domestic awards show, Citra Pariwara, this year will be held on 10-11 December. Due to the global Covid 19 pandemic the 33rd Citra Pariwara advertising festival awards will be held virtually for the first time.

Even though it will be held virtually, it doesn’t diminish the excitement and quality of this year’s Citra Pariwara as the organisers have assembled a top class jury line up.

“Judging online means we have the opportunity to get judges from other parts of the world, who may have been hampered by geographical problems,” admitted Elwin Mok, Head of Association of Indonesian Advertising Companies (P3I) Jakarta Chapter, and also the organizer of Citra Pariwara.

This year there are 5 five jury panels.

The Creative Agency Category panel is lead by Max Geraldo (pictured right), President and Chief Creative Officer of Grey Brasil. With Geraldo on the jury is David Stevanov (TBWA\Chiat\Day New York), Mateusz Mroszczack (Wunderman Thompson Singapore), Ali Rez (Impact BBDO Dubai), Masako Okamura (Dentsu Inc.), Sandru Emil (Ambilhati Jakarta), and Vida Noegroho (Flock Creative Network Jakarta).

The Digital Agency Category is lead by Nicolas Courant (pictured left), Chief Creative Officer at Ogilvy Singapore. Courant will judge with Fajar Kurnia (Goodstuph Thailand), Dennis Wong (Reprise Digital Jakarta), Henry Chou (Wunderman Thompson Jakarta), and Ishak Reza (Google Jakarta).

The Media Agency Category is headed by Hendra Lesmono, Chief Executive Officer at GVM Networks, Jakarta. Joining him are Bahari CK (Gojek Jakarta), Nadia Zain (Facebook Jakarta), Angga Anugrah Putra (TikTok Indonesia) and Vidya Candra Apriawan (Mindshare Jakarta).

The Print Craft Category is lead by Adam Pamungkas, founder of Neverland Studio. With him on the jury is Bondan Eko (Bujuk Rayu Anak Bangsa Jakarta), Hari Prast (Berakar Komunikasi Jakarta), Clarissa Peddy (Clariss + Peddy Photography), Fahmi Rahmadiputra (Udara Segar Jakarta).

The head of the Production House: Radio and Film Craft Category jury is Maurice Noone, film director and one of the founders of Directors Think Tank Malaysia. Jury membersinclude Bona Palma (Lynx Film), Raja Affandi (Mirage Post SDN BHD), Elwin Hendrijanto (Elwin Music) and Gunnar Nimpuno (Focused Equipment).
