Hatching Academy partners with Flock Creative Network for the development of the Indonesian industry’s future creatives
Hatching Academy Indonesia is an initiative founded at the beginning of 2020. An upskilling platform for both newbie and trained professional creatives, Hatching Academy offers a number of educational information, tips and tricks, as well as training programs for anyone interested in building a career in the creative industry.
Hatching Academy’s vision is to find and hone the skills of both new and experienced talents, so that they can develop their potential, in the hopes of broadening the reach of the creative industry in Indonesia.
Nana Uli Kuinra, founder of Hatching Academy, said: “It is no longer about seeking the values within people, but through Hatching Academy we will give these values to them, so that they will be able to use it to keep growing in the creative industry.”
With that principle in mind, Flock Creative Network (FCN), the biggest network of creative companies and agencies in Indonesia, saw Hatching Academy as an investment opportunity to increase the quality of their employees. Investing in this new business will hopefully bring a tremendous collaboration for the growth of the creative field.
“Since FCN’s most significant assets are our people, it’s only natural to invest in them in a big way. We see our investment in Hatching Academy as a strategic move that will play a very crucial role in defining our culture, the growth of our people and for the company. We hope this collaboration and partnership will help FCN soar even higher,” said Ivan Hady Wibowo, the CEO of FCN.
Through this collaboration, Hatching Academy also hopes to be able to constantly increase the quality of their programs, both the existing ones and those that are currently being outlined, for the advancement of the creative industry, especially in Indonesia, and keep on enhancing the quality of the people involved in it.
So far, Hatching Academy is already well known through their educational Instagram account (@hatching.academy) and Online Class that invite big names in the creative industry and broadcast live on their YouTube channel. Aside from that, they also offer various employee development programs for companies, especially creative agencies. Therefore, the professionals who have been involved in the industry for so long could also still hone their skills as well as share their experiences with all the new players, so that Indonesia’s creative industry can continue advancing and keep up with the latest developments.
