The Film Factory transforms its Thai production empire into a Multi Independent Company
Leading Thailand production company The Film Factory has produced advertising films for leading Thai brands for the past 30 years. This year they are transforming the company into a new “Multi-Independent Company” model, to match the working style of the future.
This new model underlines “Quality & Agility”. The Film Factory will not abandon its unique expertise, but it will be more agile while keeping the highest quality of work at a reasonable price and an unparalleled speed.
The centrally production-controlled organization will transform into the “Multi-Independent Company” with six affiliate companies of different expertise. This corresponds to a changing landscape of modern communication, from a single movie speaking to the entire country to specific content for a target group. However, an internal network will allow each company to exchange information and upskill one another.
The Film Factory’s selling point has been its exceptionally work. It is also a gathering place for leading directing talents such as Nang Pongpaiboon Siddhigu, Tom Pen-Ek Ratanaruang, Mike Warr, and Wisit Sasanatieng who all notice upcoming changes and believe that the core of the business will not be feature films, but advertising films.
