R/GA Singapore has created an all-in-one mobile app for multi-national land transport giant ComfortDelGro. Zig is a mobile lifestyle platform that innovatively combines journey planning, transport booking and lifestyle discovery into the app.
Zig, created in partnership with R/GA, seamlessly connects the everyday users to essential mobility lifestyle services, and inspiring its community of users to explore new destinations. With rapidly evolving technology trends and social connectivity habits, Zig pushes the boundaries of mobility solutions by incorporating the elements of exploration and human connectivity in its lifestyle discovery function to deliver a differentiated experience. The Zig app is now available to download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Leveraging R/GA’s multidisciplinary consulting, design and technology teams, Zig is crafted from the ground up using Flutter, Google’s latest mobile technology platform. It was built once and deployed twice for iOS and Android. Powered by a lean and real-time data-driven technology stack, Zig provides users the access to a myriad of functions from finding the best route for their trips, comparing transport prices, booking and paying for rides, discovering attractions and experiences, making reservations, finding promotions and deals as well as many more. R/GA architected the modern tech stack, in conjunction with MGG Software, and data architecture, together with BasisAI.
R/GA Singapore also defined a new brand purpose and design identity for Zig. Including its name, look and feel, tone of voice, user experience as well as experience language to reflect the platform’s mission of not just moving people from point A to point B, but to “move” them by igniting feelings of delight and discovery.
