Hill+Knowlton Strategies makes two hires to boost Regional Hub Services in Singapore

Public relations firms, Hill+Knowlton Strategies (H+K) has appointed Jason Cheang as Director of Integrated Communications and Vylvianne Devajothi as Regional PR Services Lead, strengthening its Regional Hub capabilities in Singapore.

 

Jason Cheang (pictured left) has been appointed as Director of Integrated Communications. With over sixteen years of experience in digital strategy and marketing communications in the region, Cheang joins the team to drive H+K Asia’s Innovation + Creativity (I+C) Hub. Prior to joining H+K, Cheang was the Head of Digital, Asia Pacific & Japan for the Metia Group.

An experienced and award-winning communications strategist, Cheang’s expertise in digital strategy, creative ideation, and experiential events has enabled him to work with various enterprise, consumer and government clients including Singapore Tourism Board, Ministry of Transport, GovTech, Singtel, Dell Technologies, Costa Coffee, Marks & Spencer, British Council, and Citibank.

Meanwhile, the agency has also appointed Vylvianne Devajothi (pictured right) as Regional PR Services Lead. Devajothi brings nearly a decade of experience in the consumer and enterprise technology sectors across both Asia Pacific and the US and will grow H+K’s regional clients through consistent and impactful communication programmes rooted in insights and creativity. Devajothi’s expertise ranges across PR, digital, social and offline, with a focus on content strategy and distribution.

In a previous role, Devajothi led integrated communications for corporate clients across PR and social at Havas Singapore, amidst a primarily paid media and creative set-up. Her portfolio of clients included brands such as Nikon, Changi Airport Group, Philip Morris International, Singapore Management University, Roche Diagnostics, Qlik, Red Hat, and Tata Communications. She has also worked out of San Jose, California, at a technology PR agency on brands such as Avast Software, Nokia Nuage Networks, NXP Semiconductors, and Dimension Data.
