The Nine Shanghai’s Jody Xiong directs this Enjoy Seamlessness film for Skyworth S81 Pro TV
Insight Group and Jody Xiong’s creative agency The Nine Shanghai have released this film for Skyworth, one of the largest TV brands in China. Xiong directed the film, which was created to launch the new S81 Pro TV.
Jody Xiong is one China’s top creative talents and a multi-award winner. He has been listed as one of the top designers by Forbes China; he won China’s first Gold Design Lion in Cannes and was named in the TOP 20 of Asia’s Most Awarded Creative Leaders in Campaign Brief Asia 2020 Creative Rankings.
The Skyworth S81 Pro is a type of high-end quality TV product for high net worth individuals. The product is promoted under the theme of “Enjoy Seamlessness” with five core selling points: 240Hz Crystal Motion OLED, 3D LUT Original Film Colors, Dolby Atmos Speaker System, Crystal Sound OLED Technology, and 4K 120 Hz OLED.
At the beginning of the film, the voiceover puts a question to the audience: “What thrills you?” and starts an ultimate adventure for our hero. The smooth ride of the hero on a zip line through the city delivers the ultra-smooth experience of the 240Hz Crystal Motion; the smoothness of the robot spraying paint on the white skirt shows the Original Film Color of the Skyworth TV, the smoothness of the music from the orchestra around him demonstrates the sound effect of Skyworth TV’s Dolby Atmos Speaker System. With a story line linking the five product features, The Nine portrayed the smooth experience of the brand.
