Founded in 1979, Bioformula provides medical skincare solutions made in Italy. Working with the brand in China over the last year, it was clear that a new approach was needed to connect with a new, much younger generation, while staying true to the brand’s origin and communicating its functionality.
Originally inspired by the migrating flamingos at Saline di Tarquina, the summer retreat of the founding family, today the colors and layers of the landscape form the basis of a rejuvenated brand identity, that – just like the active ingredients of the product that are injected under the skin – always reveals something beautiful underneath, resulting in a more playful, approachable brand that connects with Gen Z.
