“With the acquisition of Tilt, we are reinforcing its capabilities to engineer data-driven advertising, content management solutions, online media service offerings in the social network, and more. It often comes as a hybrid of design, language, technology and creativity, which continues to be in great demand as today’s marketers looking for innovative solutions to engage with their “always on” customer,” said Agile Media’s CEO, Stuart Helmore (pictured left).
