Leveraging HM Too and Agile Media’s regional presence, this partnership brings technical expertise, unparalleled creativity and strategic rigor to help clients reinvent their brand experiences and meaningfully connect people with them.

Tilt offers HM Too and Agile Media a common creative platform at the heart of South East Asia, which further expands their footprint to serve regional and global clients with its suite of tailored digital marketing and creative media solutions.

“With the acquisition of Tilt, we are reinforcing its capabilities to engineer data-driven advertising, content management solutions, online media service offerings in the social network, and more. It often comes as a hybrid of design, language, technology and creativity, which continues to be in great demand as today’s marketers looking for innovative solutions to engage with their “always on” customer,” said Agile Media’s CEO, Stuart Helmore (pictured left).

“This acquisition represents a key step forward in our long-term growth strategy and is in line with our company’s value of acting on global standards and valuing diversity,” says William Chan (pictured middle), CEO of HM Too. “We’re excited about the possibilities of what we can achieve together. The synergy enables us to continue to expand and evolve our integrated marketing communications offerings tailored for new and existing clients.”
