Graduating students of the Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) program at the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P) based in Manila, bagged the Best Campaign award for the marketing program they presented for Bioflu, a medicine for the relief of clogged nose and colds, by United Laboratories (Unilab).
Out of 20 teams from different universities across the country that participated, the team from the UA&P composed of Hannah Arago, Maya Araneta, Alyanna de los Santos, Michelle Logronio, and Allana Paz, won the top prize for their category.
The award ceremony took place last Friday, October 17, 2021 during the Boomerang Awards that culminated IMMAP’s week long Digicon PopVirtual Conference. The Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines (IMMAP), the country’s largest network of digital marketing professionals and thought leaders, hosted the digiPop Youth Competition. Through the competition, university students from all over the Philippines were given two weeks to work on real life cases and create holistic campaigns for brands of the Unilab client, the Philippines’ leading pharmaceutical company. During the two weeks, they were also given the chance to be mentored by some of the country’s top marketing professionals.
The UA&P School of Communication organizes the Asia Pacific Tambuli Awards, an annual award show on creative and effective brands with purpose.
