Cheil Worldwide has strengthened their performance marketing offerings to forward client’s business growth.
Last year, Cheil Worldwide launched a team that specializes in performance marketing, BOUNCE, to help clients’ business growth by addressing business challenges through data-driven approach, as more clients demand marketing solutions that could substantially contribute to product sales or increase in transactions.
In its first year, BOUNCE team helped clients expand their business through carrying out various performance marketing activities which involves creative optimization, search ad strategy development and operations.
For example, the team consistently analyzed and improved ad performance of Samsung Securities’ overseas stock trading service campaign by developing and managing customized creative, and establishing automated dashboard which led to increased marketing efficiency.
Moreover, with GM Korea Chevrolet, the team successfully executed sales lead campaign involving test-drive registration and quotation request, and propelled live commerce to promote actual car sales. To launch Chevrolet Bolt EUV and 2022 Bolt EV last August, the team held the Launching Live Tour on Naver Shopping Live platform drawing in more than 310 thousand viewers, with early bird coupons and random lucky boxes given to purchasers being sold out a minute.
Based on last year’s performance marketing experience, the BOUNCE team plans to offer more elaborate services as NFT performance, Live commerce, Campaign dashboard as three pivots in 2022.
Most recently, the team worked on ‘Tahoe NFT Becomes Art’ project with Chevrolet to celebrate the launch of the full-size SUV. In order to provide unique experiences for the customers through NFT art with Tahoe’s heritage, the team collaborated with illustrators Choe Hwan Uk and Lee Cheon Seong to create ten Tahoe NFT artworks. The team was responsible for the whole process from NFT platform selection to entering, distribution, and management.
Cheil Worldwide plans to continue with extending its performance business by strengthening BOUNCE team’s competitiveness through internalizing capabilities and expanding the organization needed for performance marketing.
