Reprise, IPG Mediabrands’ global performance marketing agency, have today announced the appointment of three newly created regional executive leadership roles to help steer the expanding offering of the growing performance marketing network across the Asia-Pacific Region.
Parul Gautam (pictured middle) has been appointed to the role of Head of Analytics APAC, and Caitlin Draper-Wheeler (pictured left) has been appointed to the role of Experience Director APAC, both new appointments effective this month. Sid Mehta (pictured right), has been appointed to the position of Head of Performance Media APAC with effect from 1st August 2022.
Charged with the leadership and development of the Reprise regional analytics hub, Gautam joins from her previous role as Vice President Interactive Avenues India (a Reprise network company) where she developed the analytics function to lead more than 35 Global and Indian clients; to the newly created position of Head of Analytics Reprise APAC, with immediate effect. Gautam will be responsible for collaborating with Mediabrands agency partners and local market leadership to set the standard for excellence, driving growth in analytics across the APAC region.
Also effective immediately, and in her new position as Regional Experience Director Reprise APAC, Draper-Wheeler will drive the strategic direction for SEO and CRO crafts in the region to develop compelling solutions which inspire existing and prospective clients and deliver transformative growth. Joining from her former position of SEO & CRO Director of Stanley St, Draper-Wheeler’s 8+ years industry experience includes management positions across iProspect, Digital Hothouse and PHD.
Effective 1st August 2022 Mehta has been appointed to the newly created position of Head of Performance Media Reprise APAC, a strategic performance leadership position to define, develop and implement best in class strategy, management and activation of performance media. Joining from his former position as Head of Paid Media at NP Digital, Mehta joins with 10 years industry experience specializing in digital marketing, having spent 7.5 years leading search social and digital at Resolution Digital.

With Gautam based in Mumbai India, Draper-Wheeler relocating to the Reprise regional headquarters in Singapore, and Mehta based in Melbourne Australia; all three regional positions will report to Pippa Berlocher, President of Reprise APAC.
