Urban Company, an on-demand home services app, has launched ‘Get Busy Relaxing’, a campaign aimed at increasing awareness, brand love and downloads in Singapore, in association with Nine:TwentyEight, a new Singaporean indie agency.
The campaign, titled “Get Busy Relaxing” is inspired by the lives of Singaporeans, and has been running for 3 months via an integrated media launch developed by Havas Media, covering OOH bus shelter ads across the country and targeted videos and display banners on social and digital channels. Through the campaign, Urban Company saw a growth of 2x in TOMA (Top of Mind Awareness) and UBA (Unaided Brand Awareness) across the platform’s cleaning and mani-pedi services, which was what the campaign focused on.
Nine:TwentyEight said: “We’re obsessed with busy-ness as a society in Singapore. So we figured telling people to get busy relaxing would resonate. At the end of the day, who doesn’t want to chill while someone else does all the work? Thankfully, the good folks at Urban Company are happy to shoulder the load.”
The videos feature situations of people going through the trouble of just living their lives, while able Urban Company Professionals take care of all the work.
“The campaign was a resounding success and we are pleased that the big idea really resonated with our consumers both as an entertaining content and a vehicle of awareness and brand love. Kudos to Nine:TwentyEight for pushing through some less conventional angles that helped bring the idea to life in the best way possible.” Said Yeo Joon Ming, Head of Marketing, Urban Company Singapore.
The Urban Company app, which allows users to book a variety of home services including cleaning, grooming and massage services, has been growing steadily in popularity since it was launched in 2019. If you would like to get busy relaxing, download the Urban Company app from the Apple app store and Google Play.
