GIGIL Philippines’ latest campaign demonstrates why employers should use Jobstreet
GIGIL Philippines has released this ‘Interview’ film for Jobstreet showing a series of HR interviews with odd characters who represent the typical Facebook profiles whose pictures and information are of cartoon characters, fictional companies, or just plain avatars.
JobStreet is one of the largest online job search platforms in the Philippines. To maintain their position in the market, they need more employers and business owners to list job openings with them.
In the Philippines, most HR managers still hire from social media since the country is still the social media capital of the world. While there is no guarantee that they get real job seekers on Facebook, they are also uncertain of the quality of job seekers from the said platform.
