AdAsia 2023 Seoul announces 2nd lineup of conference speakers for the upcoming festival

AdAsia 2023 Seoul Organizing Committee has revealed the 2nd lineup of speakers for the conference. The 1st round of advanced registration for AdAsia 2023 Seoul, the festival for Asian advertisers filled with K-Insight, has been extended to August 31st.

 

John Jonghyun Kim, President & CEO of Cheil Worldwide, one of the representative advertising companies in Korea, will be presenting under the theme of ‘The Future of Advertising in the AI Era ‘. Jonghyun Kim is a global business expert with more than 30 years of experience in key positions in various areas within and home and abroad, such as internet business, strategic planning, China business, digital and global business department. After being appointed as President & CEO of Cheil Worldwide in December, 2022, he has been leading the growth and strengthening of the business competitiveness of Cheil Worldwide based on a high level of understanding on digital marketing and expertise about domestic and global business.

Yoshihiro Yagi, ECD of Dentsu Inc., an award winning creative in Japan, Zheng Xiaodong, CEO of LEO Digital, one of the largest advertising companies in China, Bharat Avalani, who founded Connecting the Dots Consultancy and is spreading virtuous influence of marketing and advertising while leading Asian Federation of Advertising Associations (AFAA) as the Secretary General of AFAA, will talk about brand activism. Furthermore, Ada Lazaro, Regional Marketing Director of McDonald’s Asia Business Unit, who is comprehensively in charge of the marketing affairs of Asia regional of McDonald’s, a representative multinational fast food franchise, and MyongAh Sung, Vice President of Publicis Group Korea, a multinational advertising and PR company of France with almost 100 years of tradition, will share insights on K-contents that communicates with Generation Z, focusing on the use cases of McDonald’s.

In this AdAsia Conference, more than 50 speakers including Glenn Cole, the founder & Creative Chairman of ‘72andSunny’, Won-jin Lee, Samsung Electronics, Corporate President, Device eXperience, SangYup Lee, Executive Vice President of Hyundai Motor Company, Jo Jackson, CEO of D&AD, and Seung Whan, Song, Artistic Director of PMC Production, announced in the 1st lineup, will be participating as presenters.
