IPG Mediabrands appoints Paul Waller to newly created Chief Investment Officer MAGNA APAC role

IPG Mediabrands the media and marketing solutions division of Interpublic Group (NYSE: IPG), has appointed Paul Waller to the newly created position of Chief Investment Officer MAGNA, APAC.

 

With extensive trading and investment experience through GroupM and Omnicom across Singapore, China, Australia and the UK, Waller joins the IPG Mediabrands group from his previous role as Chief Media Solutions & Investment Officer for EssenceMediacom APAC, where he was responsible for leading the function across 16 markets within the region.

In his new position as Chief Investment Officer MAGNA APAC, Waller will be driving investment excellence and performance across the IPG Mediabrands group of agencies within the Asia Pacific region, through the network’s leading global media investment and intelligence company MAGNA.

Waller will be based in Singapore and report to Leigh Terry CEO IPG Mediabrands APAC; his position is effective immediately.
