Home Credit celebrates those who hustled in 2023 via new campaign by The Friday Vietnam

Home Credit, in collaboration with The Friday Vietnam, has launched a new campaign to celebrate the festive spirit of the Lunar New Year and honor the resilience and hard work of 2023.

For Vietnamese people, Lunar New Year is the most important cultural event. It is a time when their dedication and hard work throughout the year culminate in the creation of unforgettable festive moments for their loved ones. Even during tough times, the celebration’s essence remains unchanged.

The film is a never-ending loop of hardworking moments that take viewers on a journey through the hustle of days and nights, rain or shine, and every comically tricky work scenario. We witness a barista’s muscles bulging from lemon-squeezing, a phone dying from relentless sales calls, a live streamer tumbling off his horse from sheer hustle, and a b-boy spinning himself silly.

As the year-end approaches, they find themselves feeling overwhelmed and “FREEZING,” realizing that Lunar New Year is just around the corner and there are too many things they can’t handle at once. This is where Home Credit with its newly-launched app comes into the picture, shattering the “iceberg” of financial and emotional pressure.

“As Lunar New Year approaches, this campaign serves as a reminder of the importance of supporting individuals during times of financial and emotional challenges,” said Doan Dao, Home Credit Brand Manager. “With the launch of the new app, Home Credit Vietnam strengthens its commitment to being a trusted partner in the journey of Vietnamese people.”

“In a dance of humorous mishaps and captivating visuals, our aim is to capture the very essence of the Vietnamese hard-working spirit, bringing it to life in a fresh and engaging way,” said Khoa Pham, Creative Director at The Friday. “After all, they deserve to fully enjoy the relief and joy of Lunar New Year without the stress of financial constraints.”

The campaign includes a 90-second version and a 30-second cutdown, and will be run on digital platforms, and outdoors.
