Havas Cambodia elevates Sarah Louzioui to Managing Director + Lalaine Baldelomar to General Manager; CEO Rastislav Kanuch departs

Havas has announced a significant leadership transition in Cambodia, as Rastislav Kanuch, current CEO of Havas Cambodia, will be departing the agency due to personal reasons. As such, Sarah Louzioui will assume the role of Managing Director for Havas Cambodia, transitioning from her current position as General Manager at Havas Champagne, the integrated division of Havas Cambodia. Assisting her in this new capacity will be Lalaine Baldelomar, who will move from her role as Group Media Director to General Manager for the agency.

Both Louzioui and Baldelomar will oversee the Village and work closely with Rana Barua, Group CEO, India, Southeast Asia & North Asia and will be part of the extended leadership team in the region.

Louzioui brings a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership skills, gained through her experience having worked across various network groups. In her role as General Manager, she has made significant contributions to enhancing meaningful media experiences for clients and stakeholders. Her ability to seamlessly blend strategic insights, innovation, and performance with creative brilliance has led to substantial new business wins for the agency.

With over 15 years of extensive experience spanning multiple ASEAN markets, including the Philippines, Singapore, and Cambodia, Baldelomar has been an integral part of Havas Cambodia for over 6 years. Beginning her journey as the Media Group Head before moving on to the role of Group Media Director, Baldelomar has played a pivotal role in managing client relationships and driving business success through the development and execution of effective media strategies.

Barua said: “Both Sarah and Lalaine are strong, dynamic leaders who have demonstrated their ability to drive growth and innovation. With the dual leadership strength of Sarah and Lalaine, combined with our capabilities as an integrated network supported by our collective strength as One Asia, I am confident that they will lead Havas Cambodia into its next phase of success.”

“Rastislav has played a key role in shaping the growth of Havas Cambodia since he took over in 2023. We extend our sincere appreciation for his leadership and wish him luck for the future.”

Louzioui and Baldelomar said: “We are honored to take on these new responsibilities and are committed to driving Havas Cambodia forward with creativity, innovation, and excellence.”

Kanuch added: “It has been a privilege working with the team during an important period of transformation and growth. I am confident under the leadership of Sarah and Lalaine; the agency will continue to thrive, driving growth and achieving success.”

Kanuch joined Havas Cambodia as CEO in August 2023.
