Campaign Brief recognises and showcases the great work that is being produced in the region with The Work 2024 Contenders. Here is Revolver’s Top 3…

Sydney Opera House: Play It Safe
Production Company: Revolver
Director: Kim Gehrig
Agency: The Monkeys
Play It Safe was written and composed by Australian singer Tim Minchin as an ironic salute to the bold, visionary experiment that became the Opera House, and in celebration of fifty years of the architectural marvel. The song is a musical homage to a building that tested the limits of engineering and design, forever changing the face of Sydney. Featuring a number of high profile artists and celebrities. The film is a wry, potent message about the importance of defying conventions and taking risks.

The Dylan Alcott Foundation: The Shift 20 Initiative – Increase Representation in Advertising
Production Company: Revolver
Director: The Glue Society
Agency: Special
The campaign featured a series of well known TVCs from leading brands, reshot to feature people with disability.

Volkswagen: Let’s Go For A Drive
Production Company: Revolver
Director: Steve Rogers

The film follows a lighthouse keeper with little reason to drive his car around the small island. Only the mail delivery gives him the opportunity to get behind the wheel of his Volkswagen and experience the joy of driving.
