Asia’s Top 40 Most Awarded Women in Advertising – Campaign Brief Asia Creative Rankings

Who are the most awarded women creatives in Asia during the 2023–2024 advertising awards season? Below is the ranking of the top 40 most award-winning women in advertising, as featured in the 2024 Campaign Brief Asia Creative Rankings.
There is no paid for submission to make this list. There is no judging process from Campaign Brief Asia. It is entirely based on creative performances at 12 major international and regional advertising award shows over a two-year period—from January 2023 to December 2024. Each award win contributes to an individual creative’s total points, with Creative Ranking Points allocated according to the significance of the award and the show.

Yarinda Ketjumpol, who ranked 2nd overall in Campaign Brief Asia’s Creative Rankings for 2024, has topped the list of the Top 40 Most Awarded Women Creatives. Prior to Ketjumpol joining TBWA Thailand\Juice, she won multiple awards from her time at Ogilvy Thailand and Wolf BKK working on highly awarded campaign’s including Voiz “The Innocent Eyes” and Robinson Department Store’s “The Air Drummer”, as well as the more recent “Go for Launch” for CP Chicken.
Ex-Cheil Seoul creative, Hyoeun Jeon has ranked #2 following an highly successful 2023 awards season, winning awards at 9 of the 11 shows included in the Campaign Brief Asia Creative Rankings (One Asia was added to the rankings in 2024). Jeon was part of the team on “Knock Knock” for Korean National Police Agency, which won the prestigious Glass: The Lion for Change Grand Prix, among many other awards.

Mariko Fukuoka of Dentsu Inc Tokyo is ranked as the #3 most awarded woman in Asia’s creative advertising industry. Roughly three quarters of her creative rankings points came in 2024. Fukuoka was involved in the creation of Dentsu’s highly awarded “My Japan Railway” campaign. One of the most awarded campaigns of 2024 – amonst many other creative accolades “My Japan Railway” won a highly coveted Black Pencil at D&AD, LIA Grand Prix and 2 Gold Statues, multiple Grand Prix awards at ADFEST and MAD Stars and Grand Prix awards at Clio and Spikes Asia.
Also working on the award-winning “My Japan Railway” campaign, Dentsu Inc Tokyo’s Mina Sugioka has ranked as the #4 most awarded woman in Asia.
Ranking #5, Kanyaporn Longprasert won awards over 2023 and 2024 while working firstly at Wolf BKK Thailand and then SOUR Bangkok. Her award-winning work includes “The Air Drummer”, “Go For Launch” and Sabina “Braless”.
Dentsu Tokyo’s Nanae Ishikawa and Asuka Yamamoto have come in at #6 and #7. The duo are art directors and part of the team that created the highly acclaimed “My Japan Railway” campaign.

In #8 is TBWA Thailand\Juice’s Smita Tronglakkana, who was one of the creatives behind CP Chicken’s “Go For Launch” and Robinson Department Store’s “The Air Drummer” while working at Wolf BKK.
Leo creatives occupy the next five positions. Tied at #9 are Leo Manila’s Chary Chu and Stephanie Tan, who won multiple creative accolades in 2023 and at Spikes Asia 2024 for the highly-awarded McDonald’s “Unbranded Menu” campaign.

Kumi Ku of Leo Taiwan is tied at #11 with Leo Manila’s Sofia Tawasil. All of Ku’s award points were earned in 2024 primarily for her work on the “Paper Organs” and “Hear My Last Wish” campaigns for the Taiwan Organ Sharing Registry and the Patient Autonomy Promotion Center.
Tawasil was part of the “Unbranded Menu” campaign, along with Chili Ramon, who is ranks as the #13 Most Awarded Woman in Asia.
Rachel Kennedy of Forsman & Bodenfors Singapore ranks at #14 – earning awards across both 2023 and 2024. As a creative director at the agency, her awarded campaigns include Down Syndrome International “Kami” and Mandarin Oriental Singapore “Letters To Neighbours”.

Ranked #15 is Kimmy Liu ECD at Cheil PengTai Beijing. Liu picked up the majority of her awards success in 2023 with the ‘Quest for Dyslexia’ campaign for Samsung. Other recognised work included Samsung Mobile ‘Ghost Skins’.
VML Singapore’s Ai-Lin Tan is ranked #16. Working on ‘Change The Angle’ for LUX, the campaign cleaned up at MADSTARS 2023, winning 2 Grand Prix awards along with 8 Gold awards. ‘Change The Angle’ also won Bronze at LIA, Gold and 2 Silver Pencils at One Show amongst other awards.
At #17 ranking is Lili Jiang of Cheil Hong Kong. Jiang saw her most awards success at the 2024 One Asia Creative Awards for both ‘The Sound of Violence’ for Save The Children and ‘The Touch Annual Report’ for Orbis. Both campaigns also won awards at LIA.
All of Aya Naito’s creative rankings awards success has come in 2024. The former TBWA\Hakuhodo Tokyo creative ranks at #18 in Asia and won awards at Cannes Lions, LIA (including a Grand Prix and Gold), New York Festivals and MAD Stars for the highly-awarded McDonald’s ‘No Smiles’ campaign. The campaign continued to win awards in 2025.

Three creatives from Innocean Korea are ranked at equal #19 Most Awarded Women in Asia – Doyu Yang, Nari Moon and Seung-ha Rhee all have 900 Creative Ranking Points. All three teamed on award winning campaigns that performed strongly in the 2023 calendar year. Award highlights in 2023 included Grand Prix and 2 Silvers at Spikes Asia 2023, Gold, Silver and 4 Bronze at AdFest, 2 Silver and 4 Bronze statues at Clio Awards, 2 Bronzes at LIA. Their big award-winning campaign was Hanwha “Solar Beehive”.
At equal #22 is Kaizeen Vankadia and Rituja Ghadge (pictured below), who were part of the Leo Burnett India creative team on “The Missing Chapter” for P&G Whisper. The campaign was a big winner at international and regional award shows in 2023. At the Clio Awards Leo Burnett India scored 5 Statues including 2 Gold. Other awards included 2 Gold and a Silver at One Show, 2 Bronze at Cannes Lions and 6 trophies at Spikes Asia, including a Grand Prix.

While at Innocean Indonesia, Cindy Chong was a copywriter and part of the team that won multiple international awards for ICI Paints “Yellow Canteen”. The campaign scored significant awards including a Yellow Pencil and 2 Graphite at D&AD, 2 Silver Statues at Clio, and several awards at Spikes Asia, AdFest and One Asia. Chong is ranked at #24.
Ranked #25 is MullenLowe Singapore’s Peh Xin Ying. She is a copywriter and part of the agency team that created the PRISM+ “As Close as You Can Get” film campaign. Awards won include One Show Silver and Bronze, London International Awards Silver and 2 Bronzes, a Bronze at Clio and multiple awards at AdFest, Spikes Asia and One Asia.
At #26 is Azusa Huang, an art director/designer at independent agency Banana Balloon China. Over 2024 she won awards for Tencent “Answers Me” and “The Third Ear” and Tencent Game “Wheelcheer” amongst others.

Zita Zou is ranked equal #26 based on her award-winning performances as creative director of independent agency Banana Balloon China in 2024. Campaigns include Tencent “Answers Me” and “The Third Ear” and Tencent Game “Wheelcheer”.
Damisa Ongsiriwattana is at #28 in the Top 40 Most Awarded Women in Asia ranking. She is Chief Creative Officer of Sour Bangkok – one of Thailand’s most respected boutique agencies. Recent award winning campaigns include Sabina Braless, ZEN “Bento Boss” and several campaigns for Thai Beverage and SangSom.
Ogilvy Thailand’s art director based Jiraporn Dechraksa is ranked at #29. In 2023 her awards included Gold at Clio Awards and Spikes Asia and in 2024 her awards recognition included a Bronze at Cannes Lions and Gold at MADSTARS. Her most award-winning campaign is Dutch Mill Co “Not Very Sweet”.
Jesse Wong’s #30 ranking in the Top 40 Most Awarded Women in Asia chart is due to a good performance at the 2024 award shows. The Cheil Seoul creative director lead the team that created the ‘Try Galaxy Fold Experience’ for Samsung Mobile – a big winner at LIA with 3 Silver and a Bronze Statue, plus Gold at One Show and good performances at Spikes Asia and MADSTARS.

At equal #30 ranking is Cheil Seoul art director Su Jin Lim. She was part of the team that created Samsung Mobile’s ‘Try Galaxy Fold Experience’ – a big winner at LIA with 3 Silver and a Bronze Statue, plus Gold at One Show and good performances at Spikes Asia and MADSTARS.
Kavieng Cheng from Cheil Hong Kong ranks at #32. She is associate art director at the agency and was part of the team on Save the Children ‘The Sound of Violence’ and Orbis ‘The Touch Annual Report’. Both campaigns won at LIA and were multi award winners at One Asia 2024.
Ranking equal #32 is Kerry Fan, copywriter at Cheil Hong Kong. Her awarded work in 2024 includes Save the Children ‘The Sound of Violence’ and Orbis ‘The Touch Annual Report’. Both campaigns won at LIA and were multi award winners at One Asia 2024.
Maithili Mullick is Group Creative Director at FCB Interface India. All of her points in the Campaign Brief Asia Creative Rankings were for her strong performances in 2023. Highlights were a Silver Lion in Cannes, Silver and 2 Bronze at One Show along with 2 Graphite and 2 Wood pencils at D&AD and a Grand Statue at Clio. She was a creative director on ‘Chatpat’ for SOS Children’s Villages.

Serviceplan Korea’s Diana Dahye Kim picked up all of her awards in the 2023 calendar year. She scored a Silver and Bronze Lion at Cannes and backed that up with Graphite and Wood Pencils at D&AD. She also won multiple awards at MADSTARS and AdFest.
Eun-Ha Oh is an art director at Innocean Korea. She is part of the agency team that created the recent “Night Fishing” campaign for Hyundai Motor Company. Her #36 position in these Creative Rankings is due to her awards performance in over 2023, where she won multiple awards accross many shows including LIA, AWARD Awardsfor “Solar Beehive” for Hanwha
At #37 is Ella Wong, who was part of the Ogilvy Hong Kong team that created the 2024 Grand Clio winning Women Helping Women ‘Undercover’ campaign. The campaign also won 5 statues at the London International Awards and a Graphite Pencil at D&AD in 2023. She has since left Ogilvy Hong Kong.
Liza Geysens, ranked equal #37, was also was part of the Ogilvy Hong Kong team that won a Grand Clio for the Women Helping Women ‘Undercover’ campaign. The campaign also won 5 statues at the London International Awards and a Graphite Pencil at D&AD in 2023. She has since left Ogilvy Hong Kong.

In 2024 MullenLowe Singapore’s Su Ann Yip won awards at Cannes Lions, One Show, AdFest and Spikes Asia. In 2023 she also won awards at London International Awards. Her most awarded work is the PRISM+ ‘As Close as You Can Get’ campaign. She ranks #39 in Asia.
At #40 is Maggie Michella, an Associate Creative Director at Ogilvy Singapore. Her 665 Creative Ranking Points were accumulated with a Grand Prix at Cannes Lions 2023 and strong performances at London International Awards and One Asia in 2024. Vaseline “Transition Body Lotion” and Artotel’s “Rockstar Status” were her two most awarded campaigns.
