Ogilvy India brings Italian flair to Asian Paints Emporio’s latest campaign starring Dino Morea
Wood has a way of bringing a home to life, adding warmth, texture and a sense of personal character. Paired with the sophistication of an Italian finish, furniture becomes more than functional, it becomes a statement of timeless style. Asian Paints WoodTech Emporio captures this blend in its new campaign from Ogilvy India, “Truly Italian,” featuring Dino Morea, whose half-Italian heritage and natural charm make him a fitting ambassador for authentic Italian wood coatings. The campaign plays on this idea with a witty, tongue-in-cheek take on what it really means to be Italian.
Today’s homeowners want furniture that reflects individuality, not just utility. Italian wood finishes have long been admired for their ability to enhance natural beauty with enduring elegance. Emporio delivers exactly this, offering a premium range that combines refined Italian craftsmanship with durability built for Indian conditions.
The campaign includes three light-hearted films that spotlight Emporio’s “Truly Italian” essence. Each film draws a playful contrast between everyday interpretations of being “Italian” and Emporio’s authentic Italian quality.
In Mango Tiramisu, a quirky dessert stands in for the idea of imitation, while Emporio’s finish represents true craftsmanship and depth.
In Pink Sauce Pasta, the film humorously contrasts a dish that only claims to be Italian with Emporio’s genuine Italian spirit.
And in Italian Suit, Dino Morea’s half-Italian charm meets Emporio’s full Italian artistry, underscoring how the finish brings effortless sophistication into the home.
Emporio’s Clear and Colour finishes are designed to highlight the natural grain and depth of wood while offering long-lasting performance. The result is furniture that looks luxurious and lives beautifully—turning everyday spaces into lasting design statements.
With “Truly Italian,” Asian Paints continues to champion craftsmanship and global design inspiration, bringing authentic Italian elegance into Indian homes in a way that feels premium, modern and personal.
