Corsa and Lup Jakarta put Indonesia’s proud legacy in the driver’s seat via new film

Legacy isn’t just something written down, it’s something Indonesians live every day on the road. Gotong royong (spirit of togetherness and solidarity) shows up in real time: a rider helping push a stranger’s broken motorbike, riders making room for an ambulance, or a quick tap on a helmet to point out a kickstand left down. The roads can be chaotic, but Indonesians never ride them alone.

Built for toughness, Corsa sees this resilience up close every day. For Indonesia’s 81st Independence Day, Corsa presents “Warisan yang Membanggakan” (The Proud Legacy), a digital film celebrating the quiet solidarity passed from one generation of riders to the next.

The campaign, created by Lup Jakarta, turns the daily commute into a reflection of the nation itself: unpredictable, challenging, and powered by people who always look out for each other. Corsa delivers the grip that keeps riders steady, while the spirit of gotong royong keeps everyone moving forward.

After 81 years, the roads may change. The spirit stays. Happy Independence Day, Indonesia.
