THE TOP 10 APAC AGENCIES IN THE WORK 2026
McCann India has risen from equal #7 to become the #1 ranked agency in Asia-Pacific in this year’s Campaign Brief’s The Work. Accepted entries came from a number of clients, including Air India, Dettol, Durex, Flipkart, Indian Railways, Johnson’s Baby, Stayfree, Uber and many more. The agency’s top-performing campaign was ‘Lucky Yatra’ for Indian Railways.
Last year’s winner, GIGIL Philippines, has ranked #2, just one Acceptance behind McCann India. GIGIL’s signature style of humour was once again on show across multiple campaigns, with its top work including Canva ‘Kween Yasmin’, Orocan ‘Cool’, Palawan Pawnshop ‘Snowman’, Philippine Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting ‘Swipe’, Stresstabs ‘Assemble’, GrabMart ‘Chicky’ and more.
Wolf BKK Thailand has retained its position as the #1 ranked agency in Thailand and #3 in APAC, scoring 42 Acceptances. It will come as no surprise that its highly awarded ‘The Kaprao Criminals’ for KFC Thailand was the agency’s top-performing campaign.
VML Thailand’s 36 Acceptances have seen the agency rank #4 in the region and #2 in Thailand. A consistent performer in Campaign Brief’s The Work, VML has ranked #5 and #7 overall in APAC over the past two years. In #5, The Nine Shanghai has risen from #9 last year with 32 Acceptances. Their most successful work was Shenzhen Tourism Bureau’s ‘Fascinating’, which has been awarded at Cannes, One Show, D&AD and Clio in 2026, and China UnionPay’s ‘Pick Up Garbage To Protect Qinghai-Tibet Plateau’.
BBDO Bangkok has been a consistent performer in The Work and has moved back into the top 10 for the first time since 2023, ranking #6. The agency’s top campaign was ‘Death of a Salesman’ for Five Star, which cleaned up in the Online Film category at LIA in late 2025, winning a Grand LIA and three Gold statues. The campaign contributed to BBDO Bangkok’s 30 Acceptances.
27 Acceptances has placed TBWA\Lintas India at #7 and #2 in India.
SOUR Bangkok have scored an impressive 26 Acceptances ranking #8, moving up from its previous ranking of #19 overall and #15 in Asia last year.

TBWA\SMP Philippines has been a strong performer in The Work for a number of years, ranking #11 last year and #6 in Asia in 2024.
