TBWA Singapore ECD Hagan de Villiers relocates to the US to join The Integer Group in Denver

After 11 years with TBWA\Singapore, Executive Creative Director Hagan de Villiers is leaving the agency to relocate with his family to the United States.
de Villiers (pictured above) will be staying within the TBWA network, joining The Integer Group Denver in a creative leadership position.
“I’ve loved my 11 years at TBWA\Singapore and I’m immensely proud of what we’ve managed to achieve together,” said de Villiers.
“We have some of the brightest and nicest people in the industry and I’ll surely miss them; but the time has come for a change in lifestyle for our family. It’s a new adventure for us, in a new country and we’re very much looking forward to it. It’s time I learned how to ski!”
Said Ara Hampartsoumian, Chief Executive Officer, TBWA\Group Singapore: “We want to thank Hagan for his incredible passion, leadership and dedication during his time with us. We are very happy for him and his family and we’re glad he’s staying in our collective. Hagan leaves at a time when the agency is in a very strong place, with dedicated creative leadership across all our clients. We’re confident our world-class output will only continue.”
In February 2016 de Villiers and his creative partner at the time Gary Steele were elevated to joint Executive Creative Directors at the agency. Steele left the agency in April this year to join DDB in New Zealand.

One of the most thoughtful, smart and talented creative leaders I have ever worked with. I am thrilled for your new start Hagen.
We both love the same football team. Even though my company and TBWA are constantly fighting to get creative works across to our client, the bank that supports Liverpool, but I admire his creativity. It pushes us to create even better ideas. Salute to him and TBWA team. All the best for your next journey, sir.
Something must be wrong at that office with two of their creative leads leaving just months apart from each other.
Anybody who is anybody in the SG adland will know this is one of the smartest, nicest and most humble leaders in our industry. Congratulations on a great opportunity for you and your family.
to the moron ‘the other client’. 11 years in an agency is an incredible run, and testament to a wonderful office and career is anyone’s guess. You sound like an old dinosaur, probably shit scared your employers will discover you are redundant. If you’re lucky, you’ll rot exactly where you are.
Looks like some girlfriend getting angry and defensive. Fun to watch.
Top man! We’ll miss you.
While I was never once impressed by any of this agency’s creative output, I will give this guy credit
for one thing. He sure knows how to keep his head down and not be noticed. That’s an art in itself.
11 years is a miracle at any agency.
You seem to be talking about yourself there, Jim, you sad little internet troll. Must suck being so inconsequential.
Hi mate. Congrats on the new gig. Awesome news. Happy for you, Sue-Ellen and the girls.
