Innocean stars at #1 in Campaign Brief Asia’s Korea Creative Rankings: Doyu Yang, Eun-Ha Oh and Nari Moon head individual creatives chart

The impressive rise of Innocean Worldwide Seoul has been one of the standout stories of this year’s Campaign Brief Asia Creative Rankings. The agency now sits as the clear #1 most awarded agency in Korea, unseating Cheil Korea, which had held the top spot for the past three years. Innocean was also one of Asia’s star performers on the awards circuit in 2025, winning at all 12 award shows included in the Campaign Brief Asia Creative Rankings. In addition, Innocean creatives Doyu Yang, Eun-Ha Oh and Nari Moon topped the individual Creative Rankings.

Innocean delivered its strongest performances at One Asia, LIA, Cannes Lions, Campaign Brief’s The Work and MAD Stars, accumulating 2,500 Creative Ranking points in 2025. The agency’s most awarded campaign was ‘Night Fishing’ for Hyundai, which secured Grand Prix wins at Cannes Lions, One Asia (two), Clio, MAD Stars and Spikes Asia, among numerous other honours – returning Innocean to the top of the Korea Creative Rankings for the first time since 2021.

Cheil Korea had a quieter year at award shows in 2025 compared to its previous performances, collecting 440 Creative Ranking points from wins at LIA, New York Festivals, AdFest, MAD Stars and Spikes Asia. In 2024, the agency recorded a broader showing, winning at nine of the 12 award shows counted in the Creative Rankings, with particularly strong performances at AdFest, LIA and MAD Stars.

At #3, Leo Korea’s Creative Ranking points were driven by regional award shows over the past two years, with wins at AdFest (2024 and 2025), Spikes Asia (2024 and 2025), and MAD Stars 2024. The agency moves up from #4 in last year’s rankings.

DMINUSONE and PAULUS recorded the biggest gains this year, moving up the most-awarded agency table to rank #4 and #5 respectively.

Innocean’s Doyu Yang, Eun-Ha Oh and Nari Moon share the top spot as Korea’s most awarded creatives. They claimed multiple Grand Prix awards at both global and regional shows, alongside #4-ranked Seung-ha Rhee for “Night Fishing.” Yang, Oh and Moon’s work on other campaigns, including “Life-Saving Bathhouse,” contributed to their remarkable 2,360 Creative Ranking points each totals.

Cheil creatives occupy the next three positions, with Jesse Wong and Su Jin Lim tied at #5, followed by Seon Haeng Lee at #7. All their points were earned in at 2024 creative awards shows.

Ranked #8 is Leo Korea’s Chungmo Yang.

Hyun Wook Bang, also credited on “Life-Saving Bathhouse,” ranks #9, followed by Cheil’s Minah Kim at #10, just ahead of Innocean’s Byoung Keuk Kim and Seong-Je Kim, who are tied at #11.

Cheil creatives take out the next five ranking positions, including 2024 and 2023’s most awarded Korean creatives – Seongphil Hwang and Seungree Kang. Taeyul Ko is ranked at #16.
