Asia’s top 40 most awarded women in Advertising

Who are the most awarded women creatives in Asia during the 2024–2025 advertising awards season? Below is the ranking of the top 40 most awarded women in advertising, as featured in the recently released 2025 Campaign Brief Asia Creative Rankings.

There is no submission required to make this list and no judging process conducted by Campaign Brief Asia. The ranking is entirely based on creative performance at the 12 major international and regional award shows counted in the Campaign Brief Asia Creative Rankings over a two-year period – from January 2024 to December 2025.

Each award win at these award shows contributes to an individual’s total points, with Creative Ranking Points allocated according to the significance of both the award and the award show.

The top two creatives this year were senior creatives on Ogilvy Singapore’s highly awarded ‘Vaseline Verified’ campaign.  The campaign elevated Christina Wilson to the highest-ranked creative overall in Asia and on this list, while Ria Ocampo placed #2 here and #3 overall in Asia. The pair were involved in a remarkable haul of 3 Grand Prix at Cannes Lions, along with 2 Gold Lions. At LIA the campaign scored 3 Grand LIAs and 10 Gold statues. Other highlights included a Grand Prix and 4 Golds at One Asia. Wilson is now based in Portugal, while Ocampo has relocated to London and is working at VML.

Innocean Korea’s Doyu Yang, Eun-Ha Oh and Nari Moon share equal #3 ranking, following the award-winning success of Hyundai’s ‘Night Fishing,’ campaign which won Grand Prix awards at Cannes Lions, LIA, Clio, One Asia, MAD Stars and Spikes Asia.

At #6, Cheil Hong Kong’s Lili Jiang won awards at all 12 eligible shows in 2025 for work including Save the Children ‘Safe Sketch’. Jiang also secured multiple wins in 2024 at LIA, New York Festivals, MAD Stars, The Work and One Asia, including a Grand Prix, Gold, and multiple Silver and Bronze awards.

Ogilvy Singapore’s strong awards run over the past two years sees Maggie Michella at #7. Michella worked on ‘Transition Body Lotion’, which won Grand Prix at Cannes 2024, One Show 2025, One Asia 2024 and Spikes Asia. It also received a Yellow Pencil at D&AD and multiple Golds at AdFest.

Seung-ha Rhee from Innocean Worldwide Korea is ranked #8 and was also involved in the ‘Night Fishing’ project.

Dentsu Digital Tokyo’s Shiho Kurihara comes in at #9 and was also the equal most awarded creative in Japan. She worked on ‘Sato 2531’ for Think Name Project, which achieved major international success in 2025 including Cannes Lions, One Show, New York Festivals and Clio.

Rounding out the top 10 for the most awarded women is Cheil Hong Kong’s Kavieng Cheng.
