Hakuhodo makes it four Campaign Brief Asia Indonesian Creative Agency of the Year titles in a row: Hakuhodo creatives fill the top 5 spots in the Hottest Creatives Rankings

2020 sees another dominant performance from Hakuhodo Indonesia in the Campaign Brief Asia Creative Rankings. For the fouth time in a row Hakudodo has been named Creative Agency of the Year in Indonesia.

In 2018 Hakuhodo was a clear #1 in the Campaign Brief Asia Creative Rankings sitting 550 points ahead of their nearest rival. This year Hakuhodo has performed even better and is a clear #1 by 630 points with a total of 840 Creative Ranking points.

Independent agency Flock Creative Network is a new arrival to the Campaign Brief Asia Creative Rankings and have jumped straight into #2 position just in front of Dentsu Indonesia at #3.

Flock Creative Network has 190 points, 20 in front of Dentsu with 170.

Iris Worldwide maintains their #4 position with GREY Group coming in at #5.

Ogilvy, Growmint Group, Bates CHI & Partners and Havas Worldwide take the remaining four ranking positions.

Over the next week Campaign Brief Asia will be releasing these country by country results of the 2020 Creative Rankings, before releasing the complete tables and Asia Rankings as a 80 page magazine downloadable pdf. The Campaign Brief Asia Creative Rankings were introduced 25 years ago (1995) to tabulate Asia’s most creative agencies and individual creatives, based on award winning performances over a two year period at the top global and regional award shows.

Hakuhodo took out the top five places in Indonesia’s Hottest Creatives 2020 ranking table, once again led by Chow Kok Keong with 865 points, retaining his spot at #1.

Woon Hoh finished in #2 position with 695 points with Nikholas Alviyanto holding onto his 2018 ranking of #3 position scoring 520 Creative Ranking points.

Rounding out the top five are Davin Susanto & Nellia Nellia in equal #4 on 240 points. Both where previously unranked.

Dentsu’s Keat Soh ranks equal #6, previously ranking at #4. Flock Creative Network’s Febrian Adi Putra joins him in #6 position with 170 points. The ex Dentsu creative ranked #10 in 2018.

Wunderman Thompson’s Edwin Yacob, Natya Arun & Sebastian Chendra jump up 10 places from their 2018 ranking to equal #8 position with 155 Creative Ranking points each.

Three from the Hakuhodo creative department fill the next three positions – Fajar Noor Fathjri (#11), Andhini Rahayu (#12) and Happy Dewandani, who is equal #13 with Flock Creative Network’s Michael Fabian K.

NB: The results of the 2020 Campaign Brief Asia Creative Rankings are tabulated from creative award wins at the 11 award shows included over a rolling two year and a half year period starting from AdFest 2018 (March 2018) through to Campaign Brief’s The Work 2020 (June 2020). The shows that are included in these calculations are: Ad Stars, Spikes Asia, AWARD Awards, AdFest, Campaign Brief’s THE WORK, Clio Awards, London International Awards, New York Festivals, One Show, D&AD and Cannes Lions.
